Order Processing & Tracking

Question Why do some orders take up to 15 days or more to ship?
Due to high levels of credit card fraud, we check each order individually. We also submit orders suspected of fraud to our payment processor for verification. This process may take an extended amount of time. However, as we operate on minimal profit margins, we cannot afford losses due to fraud. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your business.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

Shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be sent without tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive a second confirmation email when the warehouse has attached the tracking to your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Disclaimer: Minor damages may still occur on the shipping box during delivery as handling standards vary across different countries and carriers. This does not affect the watch inside, which is protected separately.

Backorders

We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if available.

Alternatively, we can reimburse the full amount as store credits. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


Delivery Guarantee

  1. Your order will be shipped to you fully assured. In the event of customs confiscation, we will reship a new order at no additional cost.
  2. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order; otherwise, your package may be returned to us.

Delays

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including:

  • Delays due to weather or natural events
  • Delivery outside a major city or remote areas
  • Unforeseen delays by the carrier
  • Delays due to customs inspection or clearance
  • Public holidays in the origin or destination country

If your order is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

  • Outer packaging is plain with no RepTime Hub branding.
  • The sender name on the label is a neutral business name.
  • Packing slips inside do not reference the product type.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update your address provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Important: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment. RepTime Hub cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
